Does Simotion have any functions like in S7 CPU: AG_SEND/AG_RECV, TCON, TSEND/T_RECV to establish a communication to PC computer sending data.

Or maybe there is a kind of library like old Prodave for Simotion?

AFAIK LCom library uses aproperitary protocol on top of the TCP. You can use it to communicate Simotion<->Simotion or Simotion<->S7 (including possibly S7 software controllers). However communication with other TCP clients or servers is not possible.
