Timvk Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, I face a problem with using faceplates. I created a faceplate in my project to control motors. But on each faceplate I want to add the name of the motor. I'm using a TP1200 screen, I put the faceplate on a page, and a text field on top. When I simulate, or load the program in the TP1200 the text goes under the faceplate. I tried putting the text in a different layer but still the faceplate is always on top. How do you put something over a faceplate?? I added a printscreen of the problem, on the left is how it shows on my editor, on the right the simulation and the real screen. Attachment Untitled.jpg (283 Downloads)

Timvk Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I've done that but it makes nog difference, in the editor the text is in front of the faceplate but in the real screen the faceplate always appears in front. I tryed to put the text in a layer above the faceplate this also doesn't work. In the editor it works fine, untill I simulate the program or download it to the real screen.

DaveNutts Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	When i use a faceplate for valves / motors etc - i pass the device name into the interface of the faceplate - that way it will always get displayed.
