G120 Drive CU240E-2 BOP Communication failure

K.Jagan Experienced Member Joined: 1/21/2011 Last visit: 9/15/2025 Posts: 166 Rating: (2)	Dear all, I have Problem in Control Unit CU240E-2 Serial port Communication between door mounted BOP-2 . while Connecting the cable it shows only BOP-2 nothing is coming while putting in hands on & up down keys. same BOP-2 is communicating with other Control unit all function are working fine. kindly help in this issue. A.Gabardo Posts: 87 Rating: (7)	H. BOP-2 support all Control Units with firmware version 4.3 SP2 or later. You said that all Control Units are with the same version and that this bop-2 work with another control units, maybe the problem it is the communication port from control unit. Do you have another control unit to exchange and make a new test? Regards.
