Dear Sir,

We have OP177B PN/DP 6AV6 642-0DA01-1AX1- HMI, WinccFlexible 2008SP2, ProSave, Ethernet cable and USB-PC-PPI cable.

Now we want to take upload/Backup from HMI.For that we have done following setting:-

1) In the HMI we have set to ethernet in the control panel with IP address IP Adress-192.168.56.198 .

2)In the then connected the Ethernet cable between HMI and PC ethernet port(IP Adress-192.168.56.100).

3) Opened the Pro-Save software V9.0.3.0

4) In the general tab Device Type selected the "op177color PN/DP", connection-'Ethernet", Connetion parameters- "IP Adress-192.168.56.198"

5) In the backup tab Data type "complete backup with license" , Save as-"C:\Desktop\Upload.psb".

then pressed Start backup Button.

6) After pressing the button Error message occurred -"Could Not establish Connection........."

7) We have also set PG/PC to TCP/IP then also same problem occurred.

Please provide the necessary solution and our procedure is right or wrong to upload the program from HMI as mentioned above.
