Is that a new installation? Did you download the corresponding hardware configuration which matched the physical modules on the S7-400 rack/s?

Hello Stephen Haruna,

the hardware configured in your project does not match with the hardware installed. Check your hardware configuration if it really matches physical installed modules. Only then download your HW-configuration.
