G120 Profibus Baud rate BF LED red Blinking problem

in212576 Posts: 56 Rating: (7)	Dear All, I am facing the G120 Drive profibus baud rate BF LED Blinking Problem. I am using G120 Drive with CU240S DPfor Fan application, it was commissioned on load & working ok with profibus communication at 1.5 mbps. Currently in two days drives suddenly gives F01910 fault.while checking the drive found that r0963 value is 12 MBPS,but the profibus baud rate is same 1.5 mbps ,how it change to12 mbps? still i am searching for the reasons.after this when i tried to go online with1.5 mbps &12 mbps baud ratein PG setting,still not going online.When i deselect the protocol to no protocol the BF LED red blinking stops,when put the protocol to profibus thenBF LED red blinking starts & r0963 shows 255 baud rate unknown. After that i changed the CU240S DP module with new one same problem is continue . Anyone is having anysolution for this.

JensS Posts: 739 Rating: (55)	F01910 = Fieldbus interface setpoint timeout A01910 / F01910 = Setpoint timeout The alarm is generated when p2040 ≠ 0 ms and one of the following causes is present: • The bus connection is interrupted • The BUS master is switched off • Communications error • An excessively low value for the fieldbus monitoring time (p2040) The converter monitors the time between two requests of the master. Parameter p2040 defines the permissible time in ms. If a time p2040 ≠ 0 is exceeded, then the converter interprets this as telegram failure and responds with fault F01910.

in212576 Posts: 56 Rating: (7)	Thanks for the information. The value of P2040 is more than 100 ms & other drives on the same bus is communicating with the PLC .While accessing the drive via CP5512 with PG it is not showing any profibus address. I checked the other information details .
