I am having some trouble in one extension Project.

-S7-1200 PLCs have communication with site (modbus) devices

-One Simatic PC Station is about to take the PLC data and send to SCADA (PowerCC) over OPC

-Configuration started like these and we have to stick to equipment and softwares

-It is started about 1-2 years ago and Versions are Tia portal V11 and Simatic Net PC software V8.2

-Tia Portal PLC Project was migrated to V13 and We had to continiue with Tia Portal V13.

-But now ordered Simatic PC Station PC Software version is lower than Tia Portal V13 version.

-So that we could not upload simatic pc station parameters in tia portal V13

-Existing is V8.2, Tia Portal V13 is creating it for V12

-So we could not continiue to OPC configuration.

-How can we get over this problem?

-Is it needed to order new version of Simatic Net PC software and also pay for it?

-It was also ordered and we have one liecense for it.

please can you make a screenshot of the problem or the error message from the Upload?
In you provided screenshot ar no helpfull informations, only the Version with wich the project was
opened/modified etc.

you can try the following:

open the device view of the PCStation

select the OPC Server and right Mouseclick -> change Device

now select in the right tree the OPC Server an choose the right version (SW V8.2)

Yes, there is an option there. I will change it and test it today in site.

I also check other incompable components and change to existing version.

If it is the problem, it works. i inform in there.

The error in screenshot 3:

"The hardware configuration of the PC station does not match the configuration in the station configuration editor"

Can i get over it with just checking 3 slot (application, OPC, CP1623) and match their version?

Is there any other version differences that i have to check to download parameters to station configurator?

I wanted to be sure before go to site.

yes i think is only the version problem.
In the one screenshot you provided the Application and OPC Server are in state Stopped, if this the
cause for the error then check the log of the PC Station Configurator on side for errors.
