Hi, i think the best are you deinstall flexible complete and try it again. Be sure that during installation all firewalls and virus scanner are disabled. Furthermore, check this FAQ and use the cleanupsupport tool => http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24435650 regards, |

Didn't you try to start MSDE service manually? sometimes it helps |
