hello everyone ,

i have a problem ,it is that :

when i power off the machine and then power on , one or two axis's position change to 0. i have to power off the machine again or more times .then the position will to be normal.why ?

and at the same time ,the axis have a warning :A01697 :ask me to test the safety monitoring.

please look the picture ,i am sure the remain time is not 0.but it shows 0. the others axis can be test stop selection by r2093.3 ,but this axis can't!.when i power off ,power on again ,when the position of the axis is normal ,then the test can do .why ?

You better define what kind of encoder you are mentioning at first. One reason could be the encoder is powered later then the interface and the synchronization of the component fail. Also the way you are writing about an absolute encoder. You may have a drive cliq interface or ET200S interface either.

Stop using my fantasy and waiting for more detail.

Do you want to write what a hell of encoder you are mentioning?

is the encoder drive cliq hardwired and positioned inside of the servomotor or what?

 it's in the motor though drive-cliq.

check the drive state after power On and Error -> if drive have any fault then the encoder date is not send to PLC.
On the axis check the Systemdata Axis.Sensordate[1].state, if this is not "Valid" then no encoder position is read from the TO.
