Hi,

Iam Using SIWAREX WP231 along with s7-1200 but when i downloaded the Hardware config without any program along with siwarex iam getting error in PLC (see Attached Picture).

My Problems are:

1.Diagnostic buffer says" New IO access error during process image update."Diagnostic buffer of the SIWAREX module says"Downloaded and existing configuration are different"...But they are not...

2.Are my connections are correct??(see attachment)

Hi

Since "LC" is glowing RED it means that load cell is not connected properly and hence the PLC error.

Your right most pin is ground of load cell.

Followed by "Signal -"  and "Signal +"

Followed by "Sense -"  and "Sense +"

Followed by "Excitation -"  and "excitation +"

Check the color code for the given load cell and reconnect it. It shall work.

Or just connect cables corresponding to excitation voltage and measure the signal being given out by load cell. It shall be in mV. See if mV varies with change in load at load cell.
