I am trying to migrate a program from Step 7 V5.5 to TIA Portal V11. I am having a problem in that when 30% is created, an error message appears(shown in attachment below). I can not find out where the problem exactly exists.

It's a strange behavior.. Usually TIA displays an error saying something like that is not possible to convert and so on, not crashing in that way.. it seems a TIA exception not managed.

Try deleting something in your source project (maybe password protected blocks?) to make it lighter and try to convert it again, also without including hardware..

I suggest you to proceed step by step.
