I would like to know which is the difference between a Simatic Panel PC, Simatic flat panel, Simatic multipanel, I want to start to work with WinCC Flexible and I saw that are some price differences and don't know which one is suitable for such application(HMI). Thanks.

1. A Simatic Flat Panel is a monitor. this is not a computer or something like that. You have to use this with a Industry PC or a Box PC.

2. A  Simatic Panel PC is a BOX or Nano PC with a Simatic Flat Panel as a package. You habe a Panel front and in the Back is a smal PC. You can get it with and without Touch or Function Keys. Its a "normal" windows PC. You use it often for WinCC Advanced Runtime or WinCC flexibel Runtime or other Applications.

3. Simatic Panels (Basic Panels, Multi Panels, Comfort Panels, Mobile Panels) are Control Panels which you can program with WinCC Comfort in TIA (or higher) and WinCC flexible Standard (or higher). This are Devices with Windows CE 5.0 or 6.0. Its used near Machines and for smaler to middle performance. You do not have to license here the Powertags.

Thanks for your answers....So in conclusion for my application I can use either a combination between a Flat panel with a dedicated PC or a simatic panel(basic, comfort and so on).
