Hello,

I am new in TIA Portal programming.

I have a problem with alarms display from S7-1200 1214DC/DC/DC at KTP 600 Basic build in V13 SP1 Tia Portal. 

In PLC I used variable in format. "DB_Nr".Variable_Name.%X0 to ....%X4.

In KTP600 this variable is configureg as INT and DISCRETE alarming is used.

But when I tried to force variable in PLC there is no alarm in KTP 600?

what is the trigger no u have given in HMI ...?give it as  8 to 12 ...

instead configuring the tag in hmi u can browse and access the word in the DB..anyway it should work

Please be careful. there is a Byte rotation from the PLC to HMI.

So when you habe a 16 Bit Int and you trigger Bit 0 in PLC then the Message with Bit 8 is triggered.

In the PLC I made assingment like: DB.Analogs.%X0 (Analogs is INT)

In HMI I made trigger for bit 0 (it should be nr 8)

Hi,

you keep the trigger bit as 8, since the bit will be swapped from LSB to MSB...and check it..

It works. But in my project there is no rotation. The problem I have was that no PLC Tag was connected.

When I Address DB.TAG.%X0 in the PLC it is first 0 bit trigger in HMI.

One thing more:

I display alarms by using AlarmPendingWindow function (connected to F2 Softkey)

During alarm display there is a triangle symbol with exclamation mark (which shows how many alarms are active. Is it possible to move it, or change position of display (or delete it)?

Hi  Marko,

go to global screen u can see list of alarm window called ,behind active alarm it will be there u can delete it or reposition it.
