hi all

in a project, we have a s7-300 master and several slave s7-300 2-dp that are connected together with DP profibus...every slave also has one drive and one op17 ..(communication is by dp profibus and cp342-5......i want to upload project from a slave plc but when i upload project , in simatic manager one error appeares...this error is attached to this comment ..please see attach file..if i click on continue , all FCs and OBs  is uploaded but harware in hw.editor isn't complete and on dp profibus line i dont see any drive.

for solve i do these works:

1- hardware update

2- installing gsd file for drive profibus card

3- installing DRIVE ES

but this problem is not solved......please help me.....thanks

hi all

i want to upload a project from a s7-300 plc...but when i connected pc-adapter and in simatic manager clicked on "upload to pg" , after several seconds a error appeared (this error is shown in attachment file)....if i select "continue" in error window , project begins to uploading but this uploaded project is not complete..

can you help me?

It's possible that you not have all the SW package that you have in the CPU. 

 Which meaning have the error codes (xxxx:yyyy) in STEP 7?

Description:

While interpreting the system data blocks (SDBs) uploaded from the module, an error was recognized in the programming device and processing halted.

Cause:

·Inconsistent hardware configuration in the module (occurs if downloading the SDBs to the module was already incomplete or inconsistent)

·The optional package for configuring certain modules (for example, CPs) is not installed

·The module was configured with a later version or STEP 7, and the current version of STEP 7 cannot interpret the SDBs.

Remedy:

You can decide whether to continue or abort processing.

Ensure that all software packages required for configuring the station are installed on your programming device.

Ensure that you have a STEP 7 version that can be used to configured all modules.

In either case you must remember that the hardware configuration uploaded to the programming device may be incomplete or inconsistent.
