Hi everybody.

I´m testing two axis in Simotion Scout. The HW used is a D425 and two servomotors 1FK7. When i start the test (Axis control panel)  appears the error 30002. 

Anyone know why this happens?

From control panel i press "Enable Axis" button, later press "Absolute/relative possitioning" button and later "start motion" button, but the motor is stopped. After few seconds the error appears.

how about  trying to inactive the dynamic following error mornitoring.

and then try to use the control panel to move it .Notice:before do it you need ensure the machinical parts have noting wrong with it.

If the axis standing stopped clear of fault even enabled the encoder and the motor direction are matching. As soon as you are going to move the axis the fault appear you better take a look of the dynamic as acceleration/deceleration/speed defined.

Slow down at first as much as you can physically see the actuator moving and match a stable condition, than you speed up......
