Estimados compañeros

Debo preparar un proyecto  para una celula d fabricación en la que el maestro es un PLC siemens de la serie 1500 ( el 1516). Se comunica por profibus con 4 plcs esclavos y además el proceso debe ser monitorizado por una pantalla HMI KTP 700. El problema lo tengo cuando quiero simular el funcionamiento del programa y enciendo la pantalla ( de forma simulada, runtime). En ese momento, los cuadros donde deben ir las variables ( ejemplo, valor de un contador determinado) aparecen con el símbolo ###, lo cual me demuestra que no comunica de forma virtual la pantalla con el plc ( tengo arrancado también el simulador plcsim para 1500).

Comentar que tenia un problema similar con otras simulaciones por pantalla, pero me recomendaron ir a menú del pc "interface PC/PG y allí escoger la opción de la tarjeta de mi ordenador). Desde entonces aquel problema que era exactamente igual a lo que hoy me pasa desaparecio y las pantallas me comunican perfectamente con el PLCsim, pero en este caso es imposible.

Me he fijado que el simulador del 1500 es muy diferente al del s300 por ejemplo. He intentado cambiar la interface del plcsim pero no encuentro donde se hace. La conexión esta bien creada, las direcciones IP están en el rango correcto y he intentado acceder a datos del PLC tanto por un DB como por acceso directo a varible pero en todos los casos me sale ### y no comunica. Agradeceria mucho si alguien me puede echar una mano.

I am preparing a project for a manufacturing cell in which the master is a Siemens S7-1500 PLC (a 1516). It communicates through Profibus to 4 slave CPUs and the process must be monitored by a KTP 700 HMI. The problem starts when I try simulating the programming of my process and I open the screen ( in simulation, RunTime). At this time the input/output fields appear with the ### symbol, which tells me that the HMI  is not talking to the PLC in simulation (I also have the PLCSim simulator for the S7-1500 started). 

One comment: I had a similar problem with other HMI simulations before, but it was suggested I go to the PG/PC interface and select my PC card. Since then this problem (same as I have now) has disappeared and the screens communicate perfectly with PLCSim, but in this most recent case it is not possible.

I realized that the S7-1500 simulatr is very different that the one for the S7-300, for example. I have tried to change the interface for the PLCSim but I cannot find where to do that.  The connexion is create, the IP addresses are in the right range and I have tried to access data from the PLC using DBs and direct access  to variables but in all cases I find the ### symbol and no communication. I would appreciate it greatly if someone could give me a hand.

Este foro de Siemens esta dividido en dos secciones, unaa usa el Aleman, esta usa el Ingles como idioma de intercambio entre miembros de muchos paises, Podrias ver que vas a obtener respuestas (en Ingles) si traduzcas tus preguntas en Ingles. Mas miembros aqui te podran entender de este modo.
