Communication Error to CU320

rbell-ait Member Joined: 2/6/2015 Last visit: 1/16/2025 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I have a Simotion D445-2 with multiple CU units (product number 6SL3040-1MA01-0AA0). I'm having a error when I'm set them to isochronous mode. When I do that the cu unit will no longer be available in the hardware configuration and I get cyclic communication errors as well as errors in my address list. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 22829 Rating: (3074)	Hello, if you use a CU320-2 PN with CBE you must configure the Interfaces for the communication. Open Config on the Control unit and set the Comm Board as IF1 and the Onboard Interace as IF2. After change this download the configuration , save with RAM to ROM and Power off/on the CU.
