What's the procedure to change parameter p0252 to "0" in Sinamics G130 whether I've the password ?

Hi Berg, I'm not sure that question makes sense, but anyway

1/. Press the "Key Symbol" button on the AOP

2/. Select Service Level

3/. Enter the password

4/. Goto Parameter 252

5/. Set it to Zero

This is a password protected parameter ultimately to protect customers from themselves. Generally, they constantly ignore maintenance recommendations on their drives, and then complain (& blame the drives) when they fail due to overtemperature for example.

I'm using Starter and I did these steps you've described but the parameter p0252 remains locked. Perhaps the password I have is wrong... If someone can send me the right password for Sinamics in private message I would be grateful.
