ı didin't try your below suggestion yet.  I will try it. and in the same time I save the project as scout V4.2 in another pc and select V4.1.5.15 for TP CAM_Ext and then I create the USER without any issue.

I am anxious about conversion of project performance and also your idea regarding scout damage.

I had similar problems, until I declared the needed package.
