      I having the error  F 0022 on micromaster 440(6SL3351-1AE32-6AA1)

Hello,

the MM440 is the following error:
F0022 Power Stack fault

This error (r0947 = 22 and r0949 = 1) occurs when:
(1) DC-link overcurrent = short circuit of IGBT
(2) Short circuit of chopper
(3) Earth fault
(4) I / O board is not connected correctly
  Type A to C (1), (2), (3), (4)
  Type D to E (1), (2), (4)
  Type F (1), (2)

Since all these faults are assigned to one signal on the power supply, it is not possible to determine which one actually occurred.
- Error UCE voltage output short circuit or defect in the power unit (r0947 = 22 and r0949 = 12,13 or 14).
-I2C Bus read error (r0947 = 22 and r0949 = 21)

Tip in the manual: Check the I / O board is connected correctly.

Iam using MM440 5.5kW. it works very well. but when the drive vibrates it gives F0022. 

what should I do?

 Hello Adi,

If it is when it is vibrated it is possible you have a bad contact in the converter, hmmm, if you feel up to open the drive and see the internal connectors .... Pay attention to discharge the capacitors before opening !!!!
