Errors 20005 and 40005 on Simotion D445-1

I downloaded by mistake a wrong version of the program we are using into the D445, now I download the correct program we need to run the machine, but It give me the followings errors, Message 20005: Device type: 2, Log. address 550 faulted (Bit: 0, encoder number: 0, reason: 0x20h) Message 40005: Missing enable(s) (parameter1: 7) and/or incorrect mode(parameter2: 1) Both errors in the same axes and the same errors for the 10 axes we have. My control systems is: 1. Motion Controller D445-1; Firmware V4.1 - PN-V2.2 mit SINAMICS S120 V2.6.2 2. CU320_2_DP (6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0) 3. Smart Line Module: Input 3AC, 380-480V 50/60HZ, Output: DC 600V 27A 16kW. (6SL3430-6TE21-6AA0) 4. 5-Double Motor module: Input DC 600V, Output 3AC 400V, 1,7A. (6SL3420-2TE11-7AA0) I have checked the help, but I am not yet able to figure out what is the problem. thanks in advanced, Attachment Errors.jpg (640 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 1/20/2026 Posts: 22829 Rating: (3074)	Hello, 20005 Reason 20h -< Problem with the ecoder communication between the drive and the axis 40005 because of 20005 (IF you solve 20005 then 40005 is gone) To check the encoder communication (in PLC State RUN): check the status in the diagnostic overview! check the systemdata Axis.sensordata[1].state, it mus have the value "VALID" chech that no fault is present on the drive check Target system -> service overview (from the menubar) if cyclic communication is ok Regards Christoph

choguerrero Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Hi ChristophD, Thanks for your reply. I checked the system, and what is happening is the following: 1. I did exactly nothing regarding the previous error, I just compiled all again and loaded to the machine, and those error do not appear anymore, except for Kettbaum_7, what we knew, we had problem with it before, so we were not using it. I check the Axis.sensordata[1].state and they are valid in all axis except Kettbaum_7, which is not valid. How could I fix this issue? 2. Now the machine runs (without Kettbaum_7) for a couple of seconds, and then it stops and shows not an error but just information: Message 30002: Command aborted (reason: 2, command type 1001 and sometimes 1025) From that I know reason 2: means abort by another command, and command type 1001 means by the command _move and 1025 by the command _stop. by I don´t know how to deal with it. 3. After the machine has stopped because of this reason (point 2) I just run again the machine and then it stops again... message 30002.... 4. If i keep doing this for a couple of times, then the machine stops at all and shows errors regarding the profibus: 1910: PROFIBUS: Setpoint timeout and 1912: IF1: PB/PN clock cycle synchronous operation sign-of-life failure. Check the state of the drive which is interconnected with the KIettbaum_7 check the configured Encoder on Kettbaum_7 and on the drive which is interconnect with it 2.) + 3.) check your program for this commands, without project and/or program is hard to analyze this issues. 4.) if this error occurrs check the PLC state. can it be that the PLC is in STOP? -> check the diagnostic buffer.
