Cant find datasheet for 6ES5526-3LF11 nowhere (this is CP 526-2 communication proc. for color monitors), but i really need it. So ... may be somebody have this one?

the CP 526-2 was cancelled as product already 1996. Its successor product you find here:

Kommunikationsprozessor CP526 Der neue, innovierte CP526-3

I doubt that there are still any datasheets on Siemens server.

Maybe you should contact Siemens support for that.
