i have a problem with controller in same time(not evry cycle of woking machine) conrole go down and SF-led baceme red, the same sf-led became red on module of i/o,

i have connect to plc by step 7, choose diagnostic and have vie such error-

16# 458B STOP caused by removing/inserting module( OB not loaded or not possible, or no FRB) 

than i choose module information i see picture 

there is a vibration on machine, ofcause module can be removing by vibration,but if have experience with such problem plaes write to me

P.S. picture show that problem with station 3 it mean that problem with module 3 which go after plc???

the message means decentral peripherie with adress 3.

Do you have a device with adress 3 on PROFIBUS/PROFINET connected to the PLC?

the message says you have 3 distributed stations (not address 3!!!) that had a communication problem, but could synchronize again.

If your problem with SF Led comes up again, call HW-config and go online there. You then get an overview of all nodes of your bus and their state. For detailled information you can click on a device which appears to be faulty.

Vibrations can be a problem with I/O cards. Maybe you can use some rubber on mounting for vibration damping.

NO, we dont no whe this error became,

i was open hw config where i was see plc with all i/o terminal, but i havent see alarm there when my error heppend....

i dont very nice expert in step 7

then post the complete  diagnostic log here (press save as in the diagnostic windows from the screenshot) and the HWConfig/Project so anybody can analyze which I/O get this error exactly.
