high speed simulation with PLCSIM

alassalle Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am using PLCSIM to simulate my code, and using Prosim to change inputs and evaluating the expected outputs. everything works nice but since I have timers in my program, I have to wait for those timers to expire so I can get my expected outputs. Since I am automating the testing and I have more than 10000 different tests that I have to run, I have to wait Timer*10000. Is there any way to change the clock speed on PLCSim so the timers will run much faster? Note: changing all the timers is not a solution, since I have more than a 200 timers in the safety code, and changing all of them every time we change our code doesn't make the automated test worthwhile .

Hello , There is a possibility in CFC if you are using "Timer_P" function.You can assign this function to be called in a determined cyclic interrupt and also you have to select parameter "Sample_T" to be in harmony with time between to successive call of that interrupt.If these values mismatch, the timer may be faster or slower.But that effects both activation and de-activation.
