Hi,

I'm using an MP277 10" touch multi panel. 

I tried to restore from an SD card and the file appears to be corrupt as does not complete the restore. I'm assuming I can overcome this by downloading the project from WinCC Flexible.

The problem is when I reboot the HMI the bootloader window (i.e Start and transfer) only appears for a split second when another window appears "Restore: Abort Restore. Remove storage card!" and bootloader window disappears. When I acknowledge this via the OK button the HMI reboots again. Therefore cannot establish a connection in WinCC.

Is there a way to overcome this? Is there a setting in the control panel that will allow the transfer?

Hi, I did have a look at that, but even when I try this WinCC cannot establish a connection.

I can ping the address in windows command prompt but WinCC does not pick up on it.

I know the current IP config works as I downloaded to the device. It may be due to the fact that this panel does not support a factory reset and I upgraded the OS yesterday.

It appears I can do this with the MP277 via Ethernet also, but the problem is this will not connect somehow, it appears in accessible nodes in Step 7, yet will not connect in WinCC.

Is there a way to create a back up file in WinCC in which I can save to an SD and restore in the HMI?
