Digital Outputs on Power Up on s7-1214C DC/DC/DC

dc18 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	We are currently using an s7-1214C DC/DC/DC PLC. Seeing an issue with the digital outputs on power up. Apparently, when the PLC is powered on, +24VDC turns on momentarily (for a 100ms or so) even when OB100 is setup to initialize the outputs to +0VDC. This only occurs at power up (but not when you transition from STOP to RUN). Is this expected or normal?

dc18 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Thank you for your response. After further troubleshooting, we have concluded that the DO is functioning as expected. It turns out that in our system, on power up only, noise is introduced on the analog inputs that creates a "false positive" condition, causing the DO to be set high. Moments later, with the noise gone, it sets the DO low again.
