I need to install on one computer (win7 + xp mode) softwere:

-WinCC v7.0 (I have on Win 7)

-WinCC Flexible 2008 (I have on XP Mode)

-WinCC Professional V12 (I don't have, but I need)

Can I install WinCC Pro V12 on this computer?

I have few projects on the same time, so I need to have this softwere.

Take in consideration the resources which TIA needs. More info at What are the requirements for installing STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V13?

Do not install TIA on the same computer with the other Siemens.

WinCC Flexible 2008 is compatible with with TIA Portal V12 Professional

So, I can create visualization on WinCC Flexible 2008 and after that migrate this to WinCC Pro (V12)?  In my job, I have to create visualization on Siemens TP1900 (product key: 6AV2124-0UC02-0AX0. On manual I found, that this panel is not configuration with winCC flex 2008. When I create vizu in flex 2008 and migrate to WinCC Pro V12, it could work?

you can migrate from

WinCC flexible to WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced
and from
WinCC to WinCC Professional.

If you have WinCC Professional it has the WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced included, so there is no problem:
you can migrate to the selected new panel or WinCC Advanced Runtime, too, if the engineering system is WinCC Professional.
Just don't migrate a project for WinCC flexible Runtime to a project for WinCC Professional Runtime. (You can try, but you have to correct quite some stuff afterwards. Tag tables will be fine, but most controls differ.)

I have WinCC flexible 2008 and WinCC Advanced V13 on my computer without any issue.

In the past, I had WinCC flexible 2008 and WinCC Pro V12 installed without any issue.

You only have to pay attention that you cannot have 2 WinCC Professionnal on the same PC.

If you try to install WinCC V13 Pro while having already installed WinCC Pro V12, you will get an error at the startup of the installation.

Here is what you have to be aware in the manual of WinCC Professionnal V12 SP1:

3.1.4.2 Parallel installation

Parallel installations in TIA portal V12

You will be prevented from starting the TIA Portal if you perform a non-permitted parallel

installation of STEP 7 and WinCC. The following parallel installations are permitted in the TIA

portal:

● STEP 7 V12 and WinCC V12

A dialog opens during installation to inform you of any inconsistencies in your parallel

installation. The following parallel installations are permitted:

● WinCC V12 and RT Advanced V12

● WinCC V12 and RT Professional V12

The Engineering System and Runtime must always be of the same version after an installation.

Parallel installation of WinCC V12 and other SIMATIC products

Parallel installation of WinCC V12 and versions of WinCC flexible prior to WinCC flexible 2008

is not allowed.

Parallel installation of WinCC V12 with versions of WinCC prior to WinCC V7.0 SP2 is not

allowed. Parallel installation of WinCC V12 with WinCC V7.0 SP2 or WinCC V7.0 SP3 is only

allowed with:

● WinCC V12 Basic

● WinCC V12 Runtime Advanced

If the term "Combo" appears in the name or license key of the software after installation, the

use of the following products/versions is permitted in accordance with paragraph 1.6 of the

General Terms and Conditions (see also setup text):

● With "WinCC V12 Comfort Combo" license: WinCC flexible 2008 Standard

● With "WinCC V12 Advanced Combo" license: WinCC flexible 2008 Advanced

Yes, you can migrate a project from WinCC flexible 2008 into WinCC Pro V12.

For this you have to go into: Project > Migrate project.

Maybe you will get an error if the device is too old and you don't have it into you WinCC Pro V12 catalog.

But, you cannot do a project in WinCC flexible 2008 and the TP900, since the TP900 is not in the product catalog of WinCC flexible 2008.
