I can online  simotion   when my PC and simotion connect  to the  same router . And my colleague can through VPN ping my PC,but cannot ping simotion .I think the router's settings is ok ,what should i do now?and the  attachment is the third page of the properties of the SIMOTION in Scout,am i right?

as you say ,my PC with simotion in the same place and connected to  the one and the same router.maybe the difference is  my PC's IP is allocated by router but  simoton's IP is a static address(but in the same network segment) .And the other difference is there is a network extender between simotion and router. am i do right?
