I prepare an offer to my  client I want to know how complicated will be change Micromaster MM440 to G150? Its any chance to do it quick? I cant find any tips to my problem, but I hope anyone could help me. The old one, Micromaster MM440 is connected via PROFIBUS to PLC.

If it is only the Profibus communication aspect of the migration that bothers you, there are a few differences between the MM440 interface and the G150, but the structure is similar. The PROFIBUS aspect was the first, which comes to my mind. The next question is how to transfer parameters from Micromaster 440 to G150? It can be done by conversion or something similar or I have to rewrite all parameters by "hand". 

If you know something about obstacles in this case which I dont mention please tell me.

I would not call this a migration, since there is no migration path.  A Micromaster is a Micromaster, a G120 is a G120.  You will need to make changes in your controls and in the parameters.

Fortunately, with the software tools available, most task are done by wizards, leaving very few things that need to be specially configured.  You should not be sitting in front of a drive poking a keypad for hours.

All of these General Purpose drives are a bit different but they are mostly the same.  They all have the same functionality, just different ways of doing it.  The MM is a fairly old drive, so eventually you would need to move on to the G120 series.

For me, it would have to be either be a customer request or a price/delivery advantage to change, but you should be fine either way with not much extra work to do to adapt to a G120.

I dont want to hide the fact that Im beginner in Siemens software so I hope you help me. 

I have a program from old Micromaster 440 and program from S7-300, which is connected to Micromaster via PROFIBUS.

So my question is: what should my next steps look like?
