using WinCC Comfort V12 , for I need to do a 
software migration to a OP277 KTP700DP

despite using correct TIA Version, please check characteristic features of panels. A Basic Panel has only Basic functionality, Scripting is not possible.

Please check TIA online help reagarding characteristic Features,
