According to the help

Failure overvoltage in one or several line supply phases.
The fault can be output in two operating states:
1. During the power-on phase of the infeed unit.
The measured line supply angle deviates from the regular characteristic for a 3-phase system - the PLL cannot be synchronized.
The fault occurs immediately after power-up if, when operating with a VSM, the phase assignment L1, L2, L3 at the VSM differs from the phase assignment at the power unit.
2. While the infeed is operational.
After a voltage dip has been detected or an overvoltage (note A06205) in one or several line phases a fault occurred within 100 ms (also refer to other relevant messages). Generally, before fault message F06200 is output, Alarm A06205 occurs at least once, whose warning value can provide information regarding the cause of the line supply fault.
Probable causes of the fault:
- voltage dip on the line side or phase failure or overvoltage lasting longer than 10 ms.
- overload condition on the load side with peak current.
- commutating reactor missing.

if the alm failes at start up.

if you have the fail during operation you should check your allarm  values for A6205.

then for F06210 you may have a ground fault on the DC-link.  which from your description is transient.  Check the DC-link for ground faults. Or it may all be a current measurement problem.

If you did all these steps try to change p3491 to monitor for a longer time and if you still get this fault change the Power module.

I almost lost my mind with a ground fault this week :D. So if you get the same faults on different power modules it means that is external to the PM and you should check the load.

The problem is sporadic in nature. When i was trying to switch on, as for example, first 3 attempts are ok, that is, after issuing on command,  parallel ALM's are switching on and pulses are enabled. But again on fourth time it is giving alarm A06205 and then subsequent fault F06200. 

 I was trying several times and sometimes i am getting success but sometimes not. I don't understand, if there is a dc link ground fault or any other external or internal fault, then why is it not appearing for all the times when ever i am trying to switch on???

Fault numbers are not same in all the time also- sometimes i am getting F05051 with F06200  AND  sometimes it is A06205 with F06200.

Can it be a firmware related fault?

In my case control interface board is CIM+IPD and firmware version is 2.6.2

Please help.
