Dear All,

Still no feedback from anyone. We tried doing further diagnostics but still struggling to get following:

1. Not sure whether RTD is working or not as diagnostic screen doesn't show any change in medium temperature.

2. If we get temperature, how we can assign function of temperature to 1 of the analogue output?

3. Approximately, 5% deviation coming between 2 paths on same pipe. Do we have any Siemens / API documentation to justify that it is acceptable deviation?

My observations after about 5 years of participating in this forum is that this forum is not a Siemens' support channel.  

I have seen 2, or maybe 3 answers from Siemens employees in 5 years, so that's one Siemens answer every 2 years on average.   Conclusion, this forum is not a formal support channel.

Those who reply on this forum appear to me to be users, like you, not Siemens support people.

I've been told that somewhere else on the Siemens site there is a place to register and to submit support issues to Siemens, which others tell me that Siemens actually answers.  I have found such a location, registered and submitted a couple emails, but

a) have had my email submissions refused (transaction will not complete, cryptic error codes and such)

b) have completed a couple submissions but I have never gotten an answer. 

Hence, I've given up trying.

In the US, there is a phone number to call and there is phone support (someone calls back in a couple hours).  

I'd suggest that you poke around the site looking for some form of support other than this forum and try that.  It might require yet another registration, but this forum is not regularly viewed by anyone in the clamp-on group, as evidenced by your two month wait for a response.

If you get answers to your questions, it would be great if you would post them here, because this is a public forum that benefits any Siemens user, whereas any the other support channel benefits only the party involved.
