If you have Problems with Siemens Storage Devices you will have more chances at Technical Support then with "normal" SD or USB Devices.

I have also a lot of USB Sticks that have dificulties with the HMI Panels. We use also Siemens Devices for Customer Projects and we have no Problems in most cases.
