I would like to know how to configure closed loop control in G120-with-cu250s.

We have configured vfd for  speed control with encoder and we are getting the signal from encoder. But we feel it is not operating in closed loop bcoz actual and setpoint have difference all the time. Can somebody help us how to do the proper closed loop configuration.

we had similar problem. Best-easy way install starter also. Comission the drive as you want with starter. After upload the drive config to start drive integrated at the portal.

As per your guidelines i have checked parameters, p1300 is 21 and encoder ppr is 1024 which is matching with the installed one. but there is some difference between r60 and r61 when it is running.

For your reference i have uploaded the following for your reference. can you please advise where we are doing the mistake.

Which Motor data ID sequence have you used? Is the speed controller optimised? Try;

P1900=1 measurement at standstill and rotating. What difference are you seeing in r60 and r61?
