You wrote that you wanted to use only the inputs to trigger an SMS and even this have configured.
The outputs you have not configured.
Why then wire some of the outputs? Maybe the load is too low with 2mA.
Always write only piece by piece what you do. We have to prepare ourselves for each post on a new constellation.

Did you connect the LEDs so? Possibly without a series resistor?

nothing new , i was just trying to explain that everything else is working , text from i1 & i2  is ok.    only problem is i can't shut off q 1 and q 2 (outputs) .     changed from meter to led while i was sending message.
