Dear Sir, 

I have Siemens S7-200 PLC. It consist only one 9 pin port, connected with HMI. 

So, if I need to troubleshoot the PLC, every time I need to disconnect the HMI cable and connect PPI cable to connect with pc.

Is there any way to use 9pin splitter or hub type system that will be  connected with PLC and  I can connect both HMI and PC PPI cable together to that hub.

So, that I can give command from HMI and test the program instantly from PLC Ladder.

If I can make the 9 pin splitter cable what will the pinout for this..

You can use the following connector in the CPU to connect the panel and PG

 PB CONNECTOR, 90 DEGREE, WITH PG SOCKET

In this situation here is what we used to do:

- between the S7-200 port and the HMI, we used Profibus cable and 2 Profibus connectors. The connector inserted in the PLC port has a "piggy-back" sub-D 9-pin interface that you can plug your PPI adapter on when you need to program. The connector on the HMI can be with or without the piggy-back interface; if it has one, you can connect your PC there to access the S7-200.

It is a relatively expensive way to allow dual connections, but the Profibus connectors have integrated termination resistors and shield/ground connection that will protect the communication paths.
