Locate HmiRTm.ini file at yourWinCC flexible Runtime installation path within your PC. It contains something like this: [configuration] ;LoadConfigFile=PDataDef.fwx [Application] ShowSplashWnd=True OnlyOneInstance=True SuppressTopMost=True Change "OnlyOneInstance=True" to "OnlyOneInstance=False" and you're done!
