CP443 ERROR OCCURED!!

But on 2/29/2008, CP443 of Rack 0 LEDs of STOP&RUNlighted at the same time(obviously fault), and the MSTR had already switched to Rack1. Andthen the personnel switched the MSTR to Rack 0 again, the system revived again. At the same time, another CP343 of 300 system had error, too, the SF&STOP lighted at the same time. After the poweroff/on, theCP revived again. 1.Is there any possible causes the CP error like that way? 2.How do I avoid to that kind oferror happen again? Please help me! File attachment. J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello SexDriver, I think this is a situation that you can only diagnose with the history buffer from both CPs. I would recommend in this case to contact Customer Support, because they can lead you to this buffer and only they can evaluate this. By the way, have you checked the FW of the CPs you used? For the 443-1 EX 11 the FW V 2.6.7 is the up to date version... I hope you have this version running on your CP. Best regards J_Bell
