ccrtsloader.exe problem

halukman Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi All, We are using WinCC V6.0 SP4 and WinXP Prp SP2. Ourproblem is that after the WinCC starts, about one day later the SCADA is slowing down. The CCRtsLoader.exe file takes about 20MB in the memory at the first time. But when the SCADA slow down (about one day later), the memory usage of that file is growing up to about 350-400 MB and continue growing. The CPU usage also grow (about %90). The Computer is also slowing down. Werequest your help about this problem. Thank you.

A lot of information is given in FAQs http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22892165 have also a view to following: QUESTION: Why does the memory reqiurement of the WinCC-process "CCRtsLoader.exe" increase after a longer Runtime-mode of SIMATIC WinCCand does possibly influence the system performance? ANSWER: Check your WinCC configuration regarding connections without address parameters in the communication channels as such non- paramentrized connections can cause the increasing storage requirements of the WinCC process "CCRtsLoader.exe". Remedy: Make sure that no connections are configured without address parameters.
