I connected an encoder with CU240S DP F. when i turn on then its generates F0090 error.Please help me how can i resolve it??

thanks bro i got it but i want to ask one more thing that r485 value is increasing by rotating encoder,can u tell me on which calculation it is increasing?u can see r845 value in given figure

r0949 = 0 Means encoder signal lost.

r0845 = Encoder internal count.

Now which control mode you have configured?

At what speed this alarm is displayed? i.e. at low speed or high speed?

Set P1300 = 0, run motor at fixed speed & check encoder feedback signal at r0061. It should display motor speed. If displays 0 or erratic value, either encoder or encoder cable or connection is faulty. (I pressume you have configured correct type of encoder)

Re-carry out speedloop optimisation P1960 = 1.
