6ES7138-4FA05-0AB0 Firmware Upgrade

Had an issue last week where power was cycled to our CPU319 causing a fault.. our support company was able to go online through our laptop to try and correct our issue. They started by trying to compile the safety's and download. I was told that because I didn't have the latest firmware for the 6ES7138-4FA05-0AB0 they would have to come in and take care of the issue. This was fine but, how do I get the latest firmware revision on my PC?
