Can you provide me a sample program.. As i am using a g120 drive and CPU 1211 dc/dc/dc .Both are communicate on Profinate communication..Presently i am controlling a drive in speed control from plc by profinate communication..I want to control a drive in Torque control mode from plc by profinate communication..

Its a necessary to take a loadcell in a loop.

Its an urgent because how to control in speed control i know very well but how to control in torque control i dont know and i am on site and i need to complete the project fast as soon as possible

Hello

Since you are already aware, how to set the speed mode, using Torque mode is easy.

a) Calculate Line Speed Setpoint.

b) Set the Drive Speed setpoint to  line speed + Extra speed which the drive cannot achieve due to material web etc so that speed controller saturates..

c) Transfer +ve & if required -ve torque limits through PROFIBUS / PROFINET to drive
     PZD1 - Control Word
     PZD2 - Speed Setpoint
     PZD3 - +ve Torque Limit
     PZD4 - -ve Torque limit ( If needed )

d) Connect the Torque limits to P1522 / P1523

You may also need to disable "Drive Stalled" Fault
