 Yes .. Have used such a unit which also includes a SIMOTION D425.
It is used as a demonstration unit to show SIMOTION Demo programs line Rotary cutter , Flying Saw etc.

- Since I'm a new user of such model, It would be nice to have a kind of Manual for Particulary  for this test unit.

I have downloaded the manuals for Sinamics S120.

But just wander if there is a special instruction exactly for this test unit?

if so..could you please share it.

- I' ve got  a message "the switch-on disable of the drive is active "

Here, in the forum I found the the same cases, but It did't help with troubleshotting

It means that the enable pulse (EP) of the drive is not enabled, so drive will never move.

Check the EP of the drive : it must be at +24V to enable the pulses to servo

How to check EP?

Sorry if it seems like a stupid question.

Look at manual, for better explanations, anyway that EP is the #3 and #4 pins of the small grey connector on top of the s120.

They must be at +24 (#3) and 0V (#4) , otherwise the drive will stay in STO condition

1. After got this message i recovered the S120 to factory settings.

2. start over again.

2.1 Project- find target device

2.1 configure drive automatically - status drive "first commisiioning"- chose "servo" - stay online-

Soft found all hardware.

2.2 Bit indeed operation  p0864. changed 0 to 1. Saved.

2.3 p0210 Voltage 600 chaged to 300.

2.4 p0840 ON\OFF   0 to 1

2.5 control panel - assume control priority- enable-  n=1000

then press green buton 1.

here the drive should run but those message comes up
