I  want to start to identify 400H and FH system.

anybody has easy guide about them ?

and  in one of the project we use CPU 414 5H that With Profibus network connect to ET 200 M and in this rack exist isolator module (6ES7195-7KF00-0XA0)  to use some    other F module

but i cant found these F module (6ES7195-7KF00-0XA0)

Where do you want to find this module (6ES7195-7KF00-0XA0)? In hardware configuration?

You will not find it in hardware configuration as a module that is to be placed on S7 300 Rack as it does not consume a slot

You can make your configuration without the isolator module 6ES7195-7KF00-0XA0 for some of F modules

I know that the manual recommends this module for isolation but you can find this FAQ that tells (Under "New") that you may not use it for the newer version modules
