You have to separate between "Recipe" and "data records"!

If you want to change the Recipe definition or add new Recipes you havt to do this in the HMI Project compile it and transfer it to the Panel or Runtime.

If you want to edit or add or remove Datarecords its quite easier. You can use Systemfunctions "ExportDataRecords" and "ImportDataRecords". If you do the Export there will be a *.csv File that you can edit or where you can add Data Records and then you can Import then into the Runitme.
