Hello, look, you said that you don't have problems with I/O on PLC, but on both sides you need implement TCP/IP communication protocol. PLC can be Server and IOS Client. You specify XCODE language you want use for IOS implementation, user communication over TCP/IP will be ok in my opinion. You'll prepare your own frame due your needs and it must work without problems. Wirelless is only simply HW signal, Ethernet and TCP/IP are that things you can investigate. Edit1: look here: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/referencelibrary/GettingStarted/DevelopiOSAppsSwift/ http://www.ios-developer.net/iphone-ipad-programmer/development/tcpip/tcp-client Better investigate if you want select that XCODE right? |

I really like those apps, very flexible and easy to use. Only downside is that they doesn't support S7 tag names, you can only direct access Plc memory, I/Os and databases. No tag access means database can't be in optimised mode. |
