You can get the software here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/58523240 To install the software, you need to have the "microwin.exe" file from a previous installation. That is detailed here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/10351238 Next the HELP file is not going to function. The remedy is explained: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/86140286 Lastly you may find the programming cable is an issue... Communication patch under Windows7 I hope this helps you. w
