The purpose of the project is the following:

My system has to print a label with name, number and description of orders that are located in Access database. Because it is very inconvenient for an operator to enter all these data, I had an idea for him to choose from combobox only the name of the order, which would generate input of the rest of the data with script and SQL request. All this was performed and it was working fine: I have tested it on a new empty screen; the names from the database were entered in the combobox and when some of them is chosen, the rest of the order data was replenished. The problem occurred, when I put the combobox on the screen, where the order is entered. On this screen, I have the standard Symbolic I/O field. When I try to open the combobox list, it immediately closes down, and I can’t choose anything from the drop-down menu, and the first Symbolic I/O field is marked as active. I noticed that when I delete the Symbolic I/O fields, the combobox starts to work.

Is there a way to work with a combobox, which is inserted in a screen, where we have Symbolic I/O fields?

This is a very serious problem for us, because our clients cannot wait and I cannot ask the operators enter 4 strings, 255 symbols each, for every order.
