Hi, Iam using v4.0 step 7 and need to upgrade to sp8. I downloaded the zip file from siemens and installed setup.exe, but the service pack is not upgrading. any suggestion to upgrade ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi. You are upgrading - right?..... Note that SP9 is the latest, not SP8. Please look at the link provided in the first link. In the linked page are instructions on how to make the installation. You should find what you need in the linked page. Else I recommend you give us more information to work with.. screen captures most welcome. Alternatively go back to the Siemens person you got the exe from. Additional link: w |
