i am connect Loadcell in S7-200 PLC using SBCM01 Port-1 using RS232 connection.

My Code is,

When im send string using hyper terminal its working fine.

string received but i want to send string to loadcell card so we get reply in received string

but when i m using XMT its not working not get string is received in hyper terminal.

maybe better will be bypass your RCV process now and test only XMT process. In this case I can give you some hint, look to SMB4, there is also SM4.5 /SM4.6 bits that are turned ON when transmitt is idle, this can be used to proper control transmitt process, also I think that XMT example with interrupt with time (in MicroWin XMT/RCV instruction help) can be made. Also look to proper check of pointing/reinit pointer position inside buffer.

but i have loadcell when i am send a camand to loadcell card using XMT when loadcell card reply immediately but i can't recived string if i add delay manually the string is recived.

here i am attach program please check it and corract me.

I'll be set RECV SM187.7 quick as possible after that XMT resets M0.0, so not when M0.7 (don't know what this bit work for). Simply as XMT is DONE, immediately set that RECV SM187.7 . hmmmm maybe little trick, but also I'll be leave RCV instruction always ON (simultaneously warning can be overight/accepted in this case) without any condition, you can have clear RCV everytime, only XMT will drive it's flow of data with your condition - M0.0 . When you'll receive data - you can check your buffer memory areas with conditions also, reset that SM187.7 for next XMT as needed. Helpful?
